These teams organise meetings of those assigned to particular projects. Their task is to thoroughly analyse the needs of the client, create an offering and coordinate the work of designers, constructors, builders and technicians. Contract Directors watch over project schedules, the individual stages, deadlines and, most importantly, project quality.
The Investor Service Department also offers legal advice and represents clients before the authorities.
The designs department is made up of architects and constructors who create design concepts, sketches, visualisations, drawing projections and full-discipline designs. Our architecture experts are not only extremely creative, but also possess extensive knowledge of materials, technologies and as-built documentation.
