Requests for proposal

1. The administrator of the data entered into the form is Amwin Inwest Sp. z o. o. with its registered office in Września (62-300) ul. Kaliska 1D (“Amwin”). 2. The data submitted is processed in order to reply to the inquiries sent to us. The legal basis for the above is Art. 6(1)(a) of the GDPR – consent. 3; The submission of data is voluntary, however, not including personal data will prohibit us from responding to your inquiry. 4. The recipients of your data are companies contracted by Amwin to provide IT services (e.g. newsletter software, servers on which data is stored). 5. Your data will be processed during the period of Amwin's business activity. The data provided in the form shall be processed for a period necessary for Amwin to deliver the service requested in the inquiry. 6. You have the right to: 6.1. access and correct your personal data, 6.2. demand that your data be erased or that its processing be restricted, 6.3. object to the processing of your data, 6.4. transfer your data, 6.5. submit a complaint to the supervisory authority (President of the Personal Data Protection Office). 7. Amwin does not use data profiling and your data will not be transferred to parties outside of the European Economic Area. GDPR shall refer to the Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 27 April 2016 on the protection of natural persons with regard to the processing of personal data and on the free movement of such data, and repealing Directive 95/46/EC (General Data Protection Regulation).
