WE ARE TO BUILD ANOTHER MARKET FOR THE PSB MRÓWKA CHAIN

As a general contractor, we have taken up another challenge. This time we have signed a contract for the construction of the Mrówka PSB shopping centre in Świecie, Kuyavian-Pomeranian Voivodeship. This is another project which we have the pleasure of carrying out for the investors of this brand.
The scope of our work is to include the comprehensive construction of a shopping hall with a two-storey staff and office part. The total footprint will be 2,984 m2. The building will feature a mix of technologies, including reinforced concrete load bearing pillars and a bonded timber roof. The external wall cladding will feature sandwich panels with a PIR foam filling, with the roofing of trapezoidal sheet / thermal insulation / PVC roofing foil combined with PIR core sandwich panels.
