WPPZ - stage II

Concept, full-discipline design, construction permit acquisition based on a signed power of attorney, comprehensive construction of the building – stage II of a project by Wielkopolskie Przedsiębiorstwo Przemysłu Ziemniaczanego S.A. in Luboń – production facility in Staw. The extension of the existing 2500 m ² storage facility. Technologies used: reinforced concrete frames, sandwich panel wall cladding with a mineral wool and polyurethane core, PVC foil roofing. Roof skylights and smoke dampers. The building also features a road connection to an already existing facility and a neighbouring building. Supervision over the construction process will be carried out by an authorised construction manager. The contract will be secured by third party liability insurance and accident insurance, as well as property insurance. The scope of the contract includes the organisation of the construction site, responsibility for final acceptance testing and obtaining an occupancy permit, a guarantee for materials, equipment and the entire facility as well as facility maintenance.
