Our offer

Comprehensive construction of a retail hall with a two-story office and staff area, with a built-up area of ​​approximately 3,000 m², in Kościerzyna. The hall was constructed using mixed technology, featuring reinforced concrete support columns and a glued-laminated timber roof structure. The hall’s exterior wall cladding was assembled from sandwich panels with PIR foam filling, while the roof cladding was constructed using trapezoidal sheet metal/thermal insulation/PVC roofing foil, and partially sandwich panels with a PIR core. Amwin’s scope of work also included comprehensive electrical installation, supply and installation of plumbing systems, site development, and all other work required to obtain an occupancy permit.
