Our offer

OtherTees has been operating on the market since 2011 as an online store offering pop culture clothes and gadgets. Since 2016, the company has also been applying screen printing to clothing. Due to the developments in this direction the company needs a new headquarters, and therefore as the designer and general contractor we are to construct a printing studio and a warehouse for the OtherTees brand.
The planned total area of the production and storage area along with the office building is just over 1000 m2. The office section is to be made of brick, with the warehouse utilising a steel structure. The printing studio site is located in Kostrzyn nad Odrą. Under the contract, Amwin specialists will carry out the entire project, starting from the handling of the construction-related administrative matters and official formalities. The design-build formula allows the investor to achieve an architectural concept and construction design, as well as a turnkey construction process.
