The new headquarters of Koma Sp. z o.o. is production hall with a two-storey office building and a mezzanine, with a total usable area of 2,715 m². The scope of Amwin’s work is very wide, it’s a complex construction. The main building structure will be made in steel and reinforced concrete technology, the outer wall casing in the form of sandwich panels, and the roof in the form of a building partition consisting of trapezoidal sheet, thermal insulation and PVC foil . The office building, however, will be made in prefabricated technology and will be composed of reinforced concrete columns and beams. As part of the investment, Amwin will also deal with the development of the area around the company’s headquarters, along with the construction of a public road exit. To enable production, we will make a medium voltage connection for the Investor, along with a transformer station.
