The new headquarters of Koma Sp.z o.o., a manufacturer of burners and roofing accessories, comprises a hall with a two-story office building and a mezzanine, with a total usable area of 2,715 m².Amwin’s scope of work was extensive, encompassing a complete project. The building’s main structure was constructed using steel and reinforced concrete, with external wall cladding in sandwich panels, and the roof constructed using a building envelope composed of trapezoidal sheet metal, thermal insulation, and PVC foil.The office building, on the other hand, was constructed using prefabricated technology and comprised of reinforced concrete columns and beams.As part of the project, Amwin employees also developed the area around the company’s headquarters, including the construction of an access road to a public road.
