We have started the expansion of the Lilia Garden Center in Wieluń. In 2023, we completed the first stage.
From the very beginning, the implementation of this investment was planned in several stages, thanks to which we were able to prepare the first part for expansion and organize the work in a way that would have the least impact on the functioning of the previously opened facility. In addition to the nearly 3,100 m² of usable area completed in 2023, we will add another 1,700 m², spread over two floors. The rooms on the first floor will increase the area of ​​the garden center, while on the ground floor there will be a commercial premises with an independent entrance.

In the newly constructed part, we will use the same solutions. The wall cladding will be made of sandwich panels attached to the reinforced concrete and steel structure of the building. On the glued wood structure, we will make a roof covering of structural trapezoidal sheets, covered with a membrane. The leading color on the facade will be light gray, additionally dark gray and green will be used to emphasize details. All the colors will harmonize with each other and create a coloristic whole with the previously built part.
