Our offer

Our latest project involves the design and comprehensive construction of a warehouse facility along with the accompanying infrastructure in Gniewkówiec, Kuyavian-Pomeranian Voivodeship. The facility will be used for the storage of motorcycles and spare parts.

The single-story, low-rise building features a simple form and a flat roof, designed to harmonize with the Investor’s existing structures. The hall’s facade, made of vertical sandwich panels, will be accented with three canopies and large glazings at the front. The entire building will be finished in a uniform anthracite color scheme. In addition to standard doors, access to the facility will be provided by two industrial gates.

Our Investor, Almot, has specialized in the production of engine components for 40 years. Today, it is not only a component manufacturer but also a major bicycle and motorcycle wholesaler. In 2010, the company revived the iconic Junak brand and is currently the exclusive distributor of Triumph motorcycles in Poland. Almot is defined by continuous growth, and we are proud to support the Investor in this process.
