As a general contractor, we completed the construction of another PSB Mrówka retail facility. In Świecie, in the Kuyavian-Pomeranian Voivodeship, a retail hall with a two-story office and staff area was built. The total building area is 2,984 m², of which the staff and office area occupies 162 m². The hall was constructed using proven mixed technology, featuring reinforced concrete support columns and a glued laminated timber roof structure. The exterior wall cladding was assembled from sandwich panels with a PIR foam fill, while the roof cladding was constructed from sandwich panels with a PIR core. As a general contractor, we completed foundation work, plumbing and electrical installations, and the installation of the structure and wall cladding. We also coordinated all work related to the installation of the roof structure and flooring.
