Design and construction of a warehouse hall along with the renovation of existing facilities - Prema

The project for Prema S.A. included the renovation of existing warehouses and the comprehensive construction of a new warehouse with a footprint of approximately 3,000 m² in Poznań. The warehouse was constructed using mixed technology (reinforced concrete load-bearing columns and a steel roof structure). The exterior wall cladding was assembled from sandwich panels with PIR foam filling, while the roof cladding was constructed using trapezoidal sheet metal/thermal insulation/PVC roofing foil. Our work also included comprehensive electrical installation, supply and installation of plumbing systems, industrial flooring, landscaping of the surrounding area, and all other work required to obtain an occupancy permit.
