Finder Sp. z o.o. is a leading European manufacturer of relays and electrical equipment, with a global sales and distribution network consisting of eight branches in Italy and 25 subsidiaries worldwide. Another company headquarters was established in Sady near Poznań, which we implemented comprehensively using the design-build formula.
Amwin’s scope of work included the development of a construction design and the construction of a warehouse hall with a two-story office and staff facilities. The 531 m² office building was constructed using traditional brick construction with a ventilated facade and composite panels. In addition to the typical office spaces, conference rooms, a chill-out room, a kitchen with a dining area, and other sanitary and hygienic facilities were also added.
The total area of the hall is 1,180 m². Its main load-bearing structure is mixed, with transverse systems consisting of freely supported lattice girders supported by reinforced concrete columns, supported by cantilevers fixed to foundation footings. The hall’s external wall cladding is constructed of sandwich panels, and the roof cladding is constructed of trapezoidal sheet metal, thermal insulation, and PVC foil.
Amwin also performed all installation work, the industrial flooring, and finishing work, including hardening the surrounding area. In collaboration with Finder Polska, we also handled the formalities and obtained an occupancy permit.
