Motoplast

The expansion of PHH Motoplast started in Niepruszewo, in the economic activity zone near the A2 highway. It is an enterprise with many years of experience operating in the plastics industry and manufacturing mainly composite materials. The ambitious plans for the company development concern not only technical innovations and investing in the professional staff, but also expanding the headquarters area.

To optimise the technological processes, the headquarters will be expanded to add the production and storage hall with staff and technical facilities, as well as road and installation infrastructure. Production processes and raw materials and product storage will be done in four rooms separated in the new hall with a usable area of 3599.52 m². The staff part is a two-storey building with a total area of 424.28 m². The new project will be a smooth continuation of the existing headquarters when it comes to the design. The facility will be a steel construction, and the exterior walls of the hall will be made of sandwich panels placed vertically, the so-called light cladding.
