Amwin has signed a contract for a full-discipline design and comprehensive construction of a commercial facility with a two-storey social and office zone with an area of approx. 3,000 m2 in Kościerzyna. The facility will feature a mix of technologies, including reinforced concrete load bearing pillars and a glued timber roof construction. The external wall cladding will feature sandwich panels with a PIR foam filling, and the roofing will comprise trapezoidal sheet / thermal insulation / PVC roofing foil combined with sandwich panels with a PIR core. Amwin will also be responsible for the electricity systems, supplying and installing the sanitary systems and land development planning, as well as all other work necessary to obtain an occupancy permit.
