Our latest project is being built in Nowy Konik, Halinów commune. We designed and will build a service warehouse (wholesale) with an administrative and technical section for Aliga, an importer of paper and creative products with a 30-year history. The new building will provide investors with a more expansive operating area.
The total area of the facility will be 1,895 m² and will be divided into a hall and a three-story administrative and technical section. The hall section will be single-story, equipped with ground-level access doors and a loading dock. We designed the building as a low-rise structure with a flat roof and a simple form. The administrative and technical section will be highlighted with glazing and a frame. The hall façade will be constructed of horizontally arranged sandwich panels. The hall walls, façade profiles, windows, and door joinery will be anthracite gray (RAL 7016). The facade of the administrative and technical areas will be enhanced with elements made of corrugated sheet metal and composite panels in graphite and white.
Our work on this project also includes the construction of the necessary infrastructure, including a stormwater tank, essential utilities, hardening, a truck maneuvering area, and a dock access.
The service building will be heated with air-to-air heat pumps. The facility is accessible to people with disabilities.
