The agricultural mechanization industry is growing at a dizzying pace, and our client, Euromasz from Słupca, has been consistently following these changes for over 20 years. This authorized Massey Ferguson machinery dealer has expanded its headquarters to include a new space. As part of our design-build collaboration, we created the architectural concept and construction design, which we implemented on-site.
The new facility comprises 1,200 m² of usable space, comprising a display area, a two-story sales and office space, and a service hall with an overhead crane. We handled the entire project, from the architect’s concept, through site preparation, foundations, structure, cladding, electrical, plumbing, and ventilation systems, to finishing touches. The facility was constructed using mixed technology, with the roof structure consisting of plate girder girders and the walls constructed of reinforced concrete columns. The design of this utilitarian, yet designer, showroom involved the use of a variety of facade materials, including sandwich panels, aluminum composite panels, glass, and clinker brick décor.
