ANOTHER PROJECT BY AMWIN

Amwin took on a project for Magazynovo in Dobrzykowice. The project involves the construction of a storage building complex with an area of 2,412 m2. The facility will be divided into smaller parts in accordance with the needs of its future tenant/owner. An additional advantage of the location is its closeness to the newly-built Wrocław ring road. The scope of work includes creating a full-discipline design, and constructing a modular production and storage facility with a two-storey social and office area. The facility features a reinforced concrete structure and sandwich panel wall cladding. The roofing will consist of PVC foil and Styrofoam insulation on trapezoidal sheet metal.
